Advanced Nutrition

For the busy professional needing a more detailed and comprehensive nutrition plan. This is perfect for you if you know the basics of nutrition, but you need help to find the missing link to achieving your goals.

What’s included:

  • Consultation

  • Detailed Macro Breakdown with calories and suggestions

  • A detailed guide to breaking down your nutrition and putting it together in a way to get results. 

  • Weekly calls to discuss and make sure the plan is successful

  • Evaluation of all food diaries, etc. 

$240 for 8 weeks

 About Molly

I started in the fitness field when I was 17 years old and showed up to attend an aerobics class. The instructor didn’t show, so I calmly walked to the front of the room and started teaching. I lasted about 10 minutes but I loved it! I have taught classes ever since. 

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune issue 14 years ago, I continued struggling with my fitness and nutrition.

I knew I could succeed somehow and that’s when I changed my focus a bit. I began training myself to recover and rebuild from my disease.

It has been a very long and painful journey but I have been successful in continuing with my fitness goals. I have had to take long breaks at times, but I have always recovered successfully.

The last part of my journey was my nutrition. I knew I could help myself feel better if I changed my nutrition to help my specific issues.

I began studying for my nutrition license and learning everything I could about autoimmune issues and their unique nutrition issues.

With that knowledge, I slowly changed my life and began feeling better and performing better. My disease is still active but I am in the best shape of my life currently.

I also figured out that learning and investigating tough issues is my speciality. I began treating my clients this way soon after and started seeing them reach their goals almost instantly.

I guess I just enjoy a good research project! Or perhaps, I can just see the bigger picture!

What exactly do I get?

It depends on what you purchased. I always jump on a call and discuss your options before making any decisions. If you need assistance with what you might need, I can gladly suggest what I feel will work best for you. 

If I book today, how much do I pay?

Nothing. I will begin working on your plan, but payment is due prior to delivery of the plan. 

What happens after I book?
