I have over 15 fitness certifications/licenses, so I promise that I can develop a program that you will love!

I can design a program to fit in your living room with minimal equipment or a program for you to complete at your local gym.

Special Populations: I have an extensive background (I suffer from an autoimmune disease as well) in special populations. I have worked with individuals suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Breast cancer, Lymphoma, Celiac disease, Neurological disorders, pain disorders and numerous other issues. I understand the delicate nature of staying active when dealing with issues that come with a disease and it’s medications. Often days are met with severe issues and pain, so working out isn’t a priority. However, keeping yourself up/active is such an important part in healing and fighting. I understand that staying up/active might just be walking to the next room. As a certified coach with her own chronic issues, I have developed a plan that has worked for myself and many others. With consent from your doctor, I will help guide you through this delicate phase.
