Hi guys! Sorry I haven't kept in touch. I've been wild. I have some MAJOR news but I can't spill the beans just yet! I have been running from one business to the next and working myself crazy. Like, c.r.a.z.y.
I am launching a new program in two weeks that I'm SOOO pumped to give you. I started several people a month ago and they are loving it and seeing great success. I hand picked them because I knew they would give me honest feedback. And they have! I can't wait to let you see it. Are you in my circle so you can get the news as soon as I launch it?
Yes? Then you are awesome. And surely adorable.
No? Why not? Here's the link to get on my email list just in case you forgot. And it comes with an awesome freebie:
I spent last week at a fitness conference in New Orleans with my awesome team. I got to spend it with my best friend, Stacey! We hit it off when we both flew to Oklahoma to train to become Piyo Live Instructors. We have remained close and are now success partners with our businesses. Here's how it goes..
Me: I decide to do something and I discuss it with her. She gives me sound, solid advice. I mess it up. I call her back. She calms me with her Miiinnnesoooota accent and tries to help me again. I declare I have it and hang up. I then call her back and beg her to just finish the project for me.
Her: She decides to do something and discusses it with me. I give sound, solid advice. She does it in alarmingly fast speed and rocks it. Every single time.
She brought a good friend and coach, Liina with her. Wouldn't you know, Liina is like our third twin. We had a blast. I'm exhausted but we had a great time learning and mapping out our businesses. We all three are entrepreneurs and run multiple businesses while trying our best to stay true to our authentic selves. Is it easy? NO. There is no way I could do what I do without my support system. I'm not sure how I do what I do with them. Somehow, I have survived and continue to rock it.
Stacey and myself are both certified Piyo Live instructors as I mentioned above. Piyo is a mix of Yoga and Pilates and was created by Chalene Johnson. Chalene is remarkable and I love anything from her. At first glance, you think that Piyo is easy but once I hit play, you are going down fast. My class LOVES it. My classes are wildly advanced and it takes us down every time. The Piyo director for Beachbody is Michelle Park and I look over and WHAT... She is standing at the party. Stacey flips out and we begin a full on stalking adventure.
Here is a picture of some of my awesome team. We are dance fitness instructors, teachers, nutritionists, bloggers, pod casters, doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, graphic designers, YouTube celebrities and stay at home moms. We live all over the United States. We interact with each other daily. We support each other. We answer each others questions. We laugh and cry with each other. We all change lives daily. We are phenomenal. We are strong.
This is what a tribe looks like.
This post is really about you finding your tribe. Are you weird? Head to the weirdos. Are you quiet? Find only a few people. Are you wild? Find everyone!
The last 6 months have been absolutely wild. And you know what, my tribe has held on tight. I describe myself like the little kid running circles around you. They will stop every now and then and randomly take off running again. You just hope they stop to eat and pee a few times each day. That's me. My team just stands there and watches as I run around. And when I stop, they stand there paying attention. If I'm lucky, one starts running with me just to see if they can hang with me. They generally do. I am lucky to have finally found my tribe.
Want to be in my tribe? I'm currently taking applications. It's lengthy and I'll haze you in with possible illegal activity but it will be fun. I promise. Whatever - just find me! I'm only taking TEN at a discounted price for my new program! That you don't know anything about! Sign up anyway.
Hugs and Kisses,
