Autoimmune Nutrition Meal Plan
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I struggled to find my way with my nutrition. I had been in the fitness field for over 10 years at that point. I knew how to eat well and I was doing everything that my doctors suggested. So, why wasn’t I feeling better? Why was my stomach slowly getting worse? That’s when I started studying for my nutrition license. I jumped into learning everything that I could about nutrition. Then I started applying it to myself.
I also jumped into researching everything I possibly could about dieting, certain foods and inflammation factors.
Trust me, I understand the pain when you are so excited about that fruit salad you made and all the sudden you feel bloated and sick. What just happened? Did I just spend $100 on fresh mango and now my stomach has decided that it will reject anything with mango in it?
So, what do we eat? Nothing? A bite of plain bread every few days? NO.
You just have to eat a diet that helps you, not hurts you!
