After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I struggled to find my way with my nutrition. I had been in the fitness field for over 10 years at that point. I knew how to eat well and I was doing everything that my doctors suggested. So, why wasn’t I feeling better? Why was my stomach slowly getting worse? That’s when I started studying for my nutrition license. I jumped into learning everything that I could about nutrition. Then I started applying it to myself.

What to eat

Find out what foods you should be eating when you have an autoimmune disease. Not all foods are created equal. Some of the best foods can trigger inflammation, causing unwanted symptoms. Such as, honeydew. Everyone loves honeydew and it is a fantastic food BUT not when you have chronic inflammation issues! I’ll help you find your trigger foods and get you pointed in the right direction!

It may be something simple that is causing you such stress - let’s find that and eliminate it. Then let’s adjust your diet and find things that will work for you and not against you! Once you have completed the 5 week course we can continue to work together if you choose. As you know, having an autoimmune disease is like a nasty roller coaster! Things can change quickly and that’s okay. You can restart the course and apply all the basics again or I am here to guide you through the next process!
